# 8.11) Customer Return Reports

### By Location

To view return reports by location

* Choose one of the locations or “ALL”.  
* Choose start date.  
* Choose end date.
* In “Select Report Type”, select “Return by this location".
* Click the “Search” button.

To view return reports by customer

* Search one of the customers.  
* Choose start date.  
* Choose end date.
* In “Select Report Type”, select “Return by customers".
* Click the “Search” button.
